Have been uploading more stuff up to the kit for Sale sectionas at (Feb 21st) and reducing prices on some items, as ever a good mixture of both kiting and windsurfing equipment.
Now have a disconcerting click coming from the outside of my knee, though no
pain and no swelling, feels like a piece of ligament / muscle tissue,
pretty sure after Google self diagnosis it's my ITB inflamed, so am laying off the running/cycling as only three weeks to go until I attempt to get
back on skis and have been back to Bikram.
