Wednesday 14:00 SW'ly gusting mid 20's & rain on the way
Couple of kites out now, wind seemed to have eased a fraction, rain now is moving past Selsey so will probably be with us by 15:00, see latest rain radar 13:50. and should pick up some more.

Local Pollution Issue if you take a look at this you'll be flabbergasted at what ASDA are proposing to do. Please take time out and email your objection that can be found at the bottom of this page. Believe me you do not want to be out on the water with what we use to endure some twenty years ago when they used that pipe off the Cafe!

Many of you may have read about the proposed wind farm off our stretch of the Coast, I'll be going down on Saturday to see the plans, my only concern is will it affect our "Worthing Effect" !

New Seasprite Site goes live - it's had a make over - check it out here

If anyone is off to the mountains and / or they've been experiencing problems with the fit of their boots check this site out, they have really good solutions to the issues of loose boots / heel lift etc

Have been uploading more stuff up to the kit for Sale  section as at (Feb 21st) and reducing prices on some items, as ever a good mixture of both kiting and windsurfing equipment.

Now have a disconcerting click coming from the outside of my knee, though no pain and no swelling, feels like a piece of ligament / muscle tissue, pretty sure after Google self diagnosis it's my ITB inflamed, so am laying off the running/cycling as only three weeks to go until I attempt to get back on skis and have been back to Bikram.
