Almost fourteen weeks post operation now, though had keyhole surgery to the other knee three weeks ago where the consultant discovered that I had no ACL in that knee, so that was quite a shock. Physio continues along with seeing an Osteo as I keep ripping my back, gym three or four times a week and cycling outdoors now when dry as well as on the turbo......More
