World Champion Joseph Encinia visits Bikram Yoga Brighton

Joseph Encinia will come to Bikram Yoga Brighton on Monday 14th of May from 10am to 2pm to teach a beginners class at 10am, followed by extra tips, techniques and a demonstration.

Joseph is the international Yoga Champion of 2011. He reached this pinnacle in his yoga career after struggling with illness. He has a dedicated practice which is most inspiring. He is also quite cheeky. I met Joseph two years ago at a dinner in Harlem with Bikram. He is refreshingly open and honest.

To have the World Champion at our studio will be quite a privilege as he is only visiting Bristol and Brighton on this trip.

These tickets are selling fast. The tickets will cost £35 and be on sale from Monday 2nd April. There is an early bird discount for those who book their ticket before April 30th, in which case the cost will be £30.
